HerbYvore plant-based, dairy-free cheese range is the first plant-based, nut-free cheese range developed in Singapore. The range comprises:
- Just Like Cheddar
- Just Like Mozzarella
- Just Like Parme
These are our renditions of conventional cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan respectively.

HerbYvore plant-based, dairy-free cheese is made with a base of water, coconut oil, various starches, natural flavours, and nutrients like protein extracted from climate-friendly and nutritious pulses (peas and faba beans).

We are in the process of obtaining Halal certification for our cheeses, and we expect to receive it in Q2 of 2024.
Some authorities in selected countries have confirmed that a halal certification of our cheeses is not required since all of our ingredients are 100% plant based and each individual ingredient is halal certified.
However, we recognise that some groups will still prefer to use a halal certified food product. Hence, we are still applying for this certification.

Preventing Oil Separation Under Extreme Heat Conditions:
- Grate cheeses in larger pieces to minimise risk of oil separation at extreme temperatures.
- Add the grated cheeses to the pizza when the dough is half-baked or ¾ baked to minimise time in extreme heat.

- Always keep cheeses in the chiller and grate them while they're still cold.
- Just Like Mozzarella and Just Like Cheddar are best eaten gently melted.
- Just Like Parme is best grated and shaved directly onto warm dishes like pizzas, pastas, quiches, etc.

Please note that despite the relatively long shelf life of this product, no preservatives have been used. The low water content compared to tofu, plus the use of sunflower oil and vinegar helped to enhance shelf life naturally.
